Waiting for today gratified the satisfaction of the next.
Time wasn’t a factor but you’re presence was.
The carousel of creatures all recognizable but one , polluted the waters of rivers that calmed the storm of my soul.
A man of great fait once walked the waters and a woman who wonders if she can do the same sails across them. Confronting the waters allowed me to touch your wish and allowed me to cast one of my own. The smog of uncertainty reared his ugly stench from underneath but walking pass it gave birth to something beautiful and tall in the hollowest of things.
Sitting where we once sat gave me clarity to where I need to stand in your life.
The craziest of things come up on the shore upon the beach less sands but the bridge of imagination and destination that connects the two gives faith to what’s to come.
I stood inEgypt and you stood in the South Atlantic Ocean. The fish, the swan and the frog didn’t change anything in your stride, but the one unrecognizable creature walking on the land seems to take your breath away; so you suffocate in the lyrics of the song that parted the Ocean of thepast.
